You are reporting the following problem report for being abusive, containing personal information, or similar:
About 50 metres from the double roundabout, over both carriageways Reported anonymously at 12:02, Thu 10 October 2019 Where the road has been previously dug up and resurfaced (for groundworks), the patch (which runs over both of the carriageways) has started to break down on both sides of the carriageway, causing potholes where the cars and truck tyres routinely drive over it; the depth is approximately 1-2 inches and the width is approximately 1 ft - it is enough to give a nasty jolt and bang when driving over it, especially when it is obscured through being filled with rainwater. There are 4 holes in total over the road (2 on either side). The location is just beyond where the current works are (on the carriageway travelling from Amersham towards Chalfont St Giles) which is about 50 metres back from the roundabout. It is the surface of the road patch that has broken down (I do not know if the patch is temporary or permanent, but it does need to be rectified). Thanks!
