Uneven and severely damaged public footpath. My daughter has fallen multiple times in icy weather.
Reported in the Footpath / pavement problem category anonymously at 12:17, Sun 24 February 2019
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1553369.
This has been reported multiple times. You even 'repaired' it by filling one of the holes but the whole thing needs relaying. My daughter has fallen multiple times and cut her arms and legs. My elderly neighbour struggles to walk down it and its a matter of time before somebody has a serious injury. Not to mention that we have lost prospect buyers for our property because their vehicle can't physically get up it. If people can drive their car up we get people commenting on how they don't want to own A house with an eye saw of a driveway.
It is a public footpath but provides access to 23, 25 westbrook end and a third neighbouring property.
Damage was done in the building of number 25 and we contacted the council at this time as you could have charged the builder for damages. But he has since sold the property and has a new owner.
