Access from M40/A40 to Knaves Beech Way A4094
Reported in the Road lines / road markings category anonymously at 14:32, Wed 11 September 2019
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1764076.
In Feb 2010 there was heavy snow fall around HP10 9UT. To come back to Ultra from Bourne End it took 2.5 hours. This was because the traffic coming off the M40 and the A40 was blocking the entry onto the roundabout and not letting traffic from Knaves Beech Way on to go right around the roundabout.
After this episode the FM at Ultra contacted the council to put a yellow box on the roundabout from the M40 entry to the London Road exit. The council did not put a yellow box but did put a “Keep Clear” area.
This has become very faded and has never been fully successful as most trafic just block it.
Therefore please can we request the council to replace the faded Keep Clear area with a proper yellow box.
