Reported in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 09:01, Tue 24 September 2019
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1778443.
I have reported this pretty much every time it has rained in the last 6 months. The drain is blocked right outside my house (17 Station Road) and every time a car comes through it displaces all the water in the road on to the path and into my property. If a car is going fast enough it will splash the front window of my house. The pictures are taken from my front door which I now have to sandbag to stop any risk of water accessing the property. You can see that the road is completely submerged and so is my path. I have recently had to have costly repairs to the front window as the wood frame has been damaged from this occurring. This is now causing damp in my front room and I will be taking the matter further if I am told that the drainage issue is not severe enough to be fixed. Its either blocked or it isn't (it is) and its your responsibility to rectify the issue.
