Reported again this morning and reported every year for as long as I remember. When is this lazy council going to get its act into gear and start serving its public in a decent way. you take the money each year and then consistently delivery sub-standard services

Another year goes by and this flooding continues every time it rains I have now lost count of the times I have been drenched by passing cars driving through the pools of water Perhaps the council would reimburse me for cleaning costs?
