  • This problem has not been addressed for at least a week. It is an health and safety issue as the pavement is flooded and not easily passable by old and disabled people. Even when try to cross one is soaked from splash water from passing cars. There is a risk that someone may slip or be injured by crossing the flooded area, which is necessary to access the local shops. Could this be treated as an urgent issue and not be added to the backlog of work.
