We have had standing water, due to the blocked gulley drain, for about a month now. I am concerned that having standing water for this length of time may present a health hazard.

With the continued rain the surface water from the blocked gulley drain is now across the road. Cars and service vehicles are now mounting the pavement, right outside resident front door, in order to pass. I am updating as I feel there is now an increased risk of someone being struck by a passing vehicle when they exit their front door.
