At the junction of Victoria Road and Parsonage Lane, where the road curves

Reported in the Bollards or railings category anonymously at 12:15, Friday 22 November 2019

Received by Buckinghamshire County Council moments later

The bollards have been destroyed by the residents of Langtons Meadow as this allows them to park cars in front of their houses. There are two issues: 1. The bollards are the property of the Council and put their to stop cars driving into the space that has a legal covenant of no parking; 2. The legal covenant can be imposed on the owner and this is being investigated. It is assumed that BCC is not the owner.

Irrespective of ownership, BCC needs to rectify the bollard/flattened bollards.
