The foot path between Middlebrook Road and the service road that runs between no 55 and no 53 Middlebrook

The foot path is uneven and covered in leaves, it is shelters by trees, with the street lamp out it is rich black and dangerous, you need a torch to see where you are walking.

This has been added to our programme of works. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a timescale for this work to be carried out, we work on a priority based risk matrix in line with our Highway Inspection Policy and therefore programme times can change due to priority based working.

Ten months on and this is still not fixed and as we head into winter it becomes more dangerous to walk along the footpath.
