The road surface close the Pineapple

Reported in the Road surface category by Martyn Westcott-Wreford at 17:54, Sat 21 December 2019

Received by Buckinghamshire County Council moments later

The road surface close to the Pineapple pub is breaking up.

There are multiple potholes making it very dangerous.

Cars are now weaving across the road into oncoming cars.

It is only a matter of time before there is a serious collision.

  • An effort has been made to make good the road surface but it is a very poor one and it has already started breaking up again.

  • No further works have taken place and the road surface has now returned to its original very dangerous condition.

Traffic has to drive all over the road in an attempt to find a safer route but fail.

There was an overturned vehicle close the the area last week. The damaged road surface may have contributed to this.
