Zebra Crossing by Peel Close

Reported in the Traffic lights & crossings problems with buttons, beep or lamps category anonymously at 21:49, Sunday 19 January 2020

Received by Buckinghamshire County Council moments later

Overall lighting level of this crossing is inadequate in spite of new crossing light being fitted - suggest brighter illumination needed and lamp on both sides of the road - this is a fast road with rushing commuter traffic and in hours of darkness esp in winter pedestrians cannot be clearly seen esp in poor weather - also the nearby school uniform is dark colours so schoolchildren crossing may not be clear - at school out time school kids cross the road to be collected by parents in Peel Close and St Nicholas Close
