The highways department will be repairing the edge of the road shortly. It is very clear from the photos especially the last photo that just replacing the fabric the lorry’s you’re HS2 site and audley village construction will destroy this in days any work that it is carried out. I would recommend that kerb stones are placed along the edge of the verge thus avoiding further damage before the work is undertaken. Unfortunately due to the edge of the road being eroded the tree has been hit by several lorries. Your lawyer has stated you intend to repair this once only and clearly this will not be the case if kerb stones are not in place.i have attempted on many occasions to have a highways officer visit the area but to no avail. There is a reference number for this case stage 2 complaint.COR-06087. I have stated this is my land and have deeds from 1903 which state this is my land. I am happy to produce these for you if requested.
