Huge amount of flytipped rubbish

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later
An enormous amount of flytipped rubbish near the Eastbound layby on the A412 east of Black Park Road. Particularly notable for large white goods including full size fridge/freezers. Surely some of this is traceable? Also cross reference with a following report for Langley Park Road. I believe the council's decision to close its recycling centres is short sighted and counterproductive and the coronavirus risks at these locations have not been thought through in terms of normal operations here which are self-distancing in nature.
Thank you for your report.
We have recorded it and will consider it when we are planning future works in the area. Please note we work on a priority based risk matrix in line with our Highway Inspection Policy and therefore programme times can change due to priority based working.
