With reference to planning application 20/01018/APP on land administered by Buckinghamshire Highways department. The owner of 7 Krohn Close has moved his boundary fence over a shared access path to include the path within his boundary. Residents of 1,3,5 and 7 Krohn Close have allocated parking spaces which are accessed by the path. The path adjoins a secondary shared access path which residents of 9, 11 & 13 Krohn Close use for an emergency escape route. It is also used for accessing household bin collections. This has become problematic since the fence was moved and all parking spaces are full. The planning proposal shows the building of a house extension over the shared land. Please investigate the fence alignment and reference the planning application
