Overgrown pavement from baileys hatch all the way down frith hill
Reported in the Hedge problem category anonymously at 12:35, Wed 27 May 2020
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2131055.
The whole pavement from Baileys Hatch, South Heath down Frith Hill towards the footpath that goes underneath the A413 is so overgrown. I had to walk in the road so I could be next to my 3 year old safely without pushing her into all the stinging nettles. I couldn't walk behind her on the path myself as cars travel so fast along this road and walkers are forced to walk right on the edge of the pavement to avoid the nettles etc therefore it feels very unsafe when cars go flying past!

Still not cut back! Schools start again in a couple if weeks and children are expected to walk down here from South Heath to Great Missenden safely which is not very easy when it’s so overgrown! This needs doing ASAP especially after all the rain and sunshine we’ve had so grown even more

Disgusting that these hedges still haven’t been cut back and the pavement widened with school children having to walk down here daily now!

Still awaiting for this to be cut back. It is not necessarily the hedge growth that needs doing as such but the oath needs to be cleared of all overgrown weeds and muck to make it wider!l and then hedge growth be done. It is dangerous walking along here especially now it’s getting darker with wet weather and shorter days. People are sometimes forced to walk in the road including children who apparently have a ‘safe’ walk to school! Even when on the pavement you’re so close to the edge it feels like the cars virtually touch you, if they do not go onto the other side of the road to go past you, which is quite scary for adults yet alone children when the cars drive so fast down there.
