A defect in the pavement outside our house is collecting rain water. 1) flooding of rain water due to dip in the pavement 2) also the surface is un safe for passerby. Please arrange for this to fixed or resufrced

A defect/dip in the pavement outside our house is collecting water. 1) this is due to uneven road surfaces in the pavement 2) it Is also very unsafe walking surface for the passerby. Please may I ask for this to be fixed ASAP.
