High St Junctions of Station Road and Institute Road

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2182251.
Just observing that the plastic bollards installed at the above are causing more danger than good. This week. coming into Marlow over the bridge, the driver mentally assumed Station Road was closed and discounted the car turning into the High St from Station Road narrowly missing an accident. I was turning into Institute Road and a pedestrian (walking the wrong way) decided he could step into the road without looking. Again a narrow miss. Neither of these incidents would have happened if the plastic bollards hadn't been there...
