This been like this for some time / as you can see in the photo this is at the entrance of bevelwood gardens high wycombe HP123EF on the pavement see photo I see a white van a company called ringways they repair this cover is called centurion access system ( traffic signals ) this one on the right hand side on the pavement is o.k. but now the side on the pavement on the left hand side on the pavement see photo has been damage by big vehicle by park on this small cover and it's very dangerous this cover is very loose and is sinking in the ground can you come and have a look for your self and get this repair this cover
