Abandoned vehicle in Dean Street

A black Ford Fiesta has been abandoned in Dean Street. the front window has been smashed and it looks like it has been involved in an accident. Rubbish is being dumped inside the vehicle via the broken window. It has a valid MOT. Please could the person responsible for the vehicle be contacted to remove the vehicle.
