Complete collapse of road surface due to hundreds of HGVs using as a rat run
Reported in the Road surface category anonymously at 16:59, Tue 4 August 2020
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2230725.
The entire surface of the road has been eroded with massive holes and loss of tarmac. This does not need pot hole filling, it needs a total re-surface.it is an utter disgrace and come the winter weather it will deteriorate even further and become impassable.

It is a total disgrace that the roads that east west rail will use to construct this line have been re-surfaced near Newton Longville but the road directly through the middle of our village has been completely ignored and gets worse and worse by the month. This needs to be a priority. Perhaps transport for Bucks would like to come and inspect the disaster they call a road!

There is no update as the problem is as it was. It is a disgrace that newton longville seems utterly invisible to the powers that be!

This is an ongoing problem that just keeps getting worse and worse with literally hundreds of huge HGVs pounding the road to a pulp. The whole cross roads needs digging up and re- surfacing. A total disgrace.

The occasional refill of a small pot hole will not solve this complete collapse of the cross roads. It needs MAJOR replacement!
