Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2241995.
This morning the waste bin attached to the bus stop post outside 4, Fenny Road, Stioke Hammond, has been knocked off the post. Presumably by a vehicle, (not the one partly in the picture) and left lying on the pavement. Since taking the picture I have moved it so it is not blocking the footpath
