Henley Road
Reported in the Trees category anonymously at 17:08, Mon 24 August 2020
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2261280.
Trees overhanging and too low on Henley road that joins Spinfield Park not the A4155 main road.
The previous report's reference number is 40140665.
Report 40140665 stated that this is not Buckinghamshire's responsibility as the land is not adopted however the Title Deeds BM7855 state that from 1st April 2020 Buckinghamshire Council administers this title. I believe this mean Bucks Council does have an obligation to maintain this property.

The overhang of the shrubs and trees onto the highway here makes it impossible to pass without damage to vehicle paintwork when a car is parked on the opposite side of the road. As this has been an issue since August 2020 could you add this work to your list as a matter of urgency? Thank you.
