South end of Hill Place
Reported in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 18:04, Tue 25 August 2020
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2263263.
These two drains regularly overflow when there is any heavy rain, despite being quite a distance up the hill, and the water comes very close to entering the houses. The drains must be blocked somewhere along their path down the hill. It needs to be properly investigated with a camera and/or jetting. If this is not done and any property is inundated by the water, then the council will be held responsible for the damage.

It rained for about 45 minutes this evening and these two drains in Hill Place were quickly overwhelmed and water was cascading towards the house. This confirms that there is some sort of blockage in these drains. This is an urgent issue and will result in flooded property if not rectified.
