I have just moved into crest nicolson new house that faces lower road there is a man hole cover by 143 lower road that makes this awfull noise all night please fix it cant sleep get up at 0430am it is spoiling my new home very very noisey mr powell mounoy46@yahoo.co.uk 7 atlanta way hp219gt please help

Hi my name is c powell7 atlanta way hp219gt mounoy46@yahoo.co.ukthere is a manhole cover by the entrance to crest nicolson new house on lower road near number 143 it makes a very loud banging noise every time a vehicle goes over it as we are near the hospital ambulances use this road all night i get up at 0430 am and i cant sleep as this noise is very bad please fix this as it is spoiling our new move to our new home please help
