Repeated flooding of the street outside 32 Penn Meadow. There is a stream culverted under the garden of No 32. There is an inspection hatch in the front garden but the water floods out of here. It appears that the culvert is blocked as it runs down Penn Meadow and opens as a stream in Hastings Meadow field on Rogers Lane. There is an inspection manhole cover in the middle of the road. This needs to be checked to ensure water is flowing as do further inspection covers further down our street. In any heavy rain it acts up and floods the garden of No.32 but the issue must be beyond this point.

Flooding of street every time we have heavy rain. The culvert needs checking from the inspection hatch at No 32 all the way down to the fields as it obviously needs to be properly cleared. The owner of No 32 is suffering damage to his garden and wall because no action has been taken.
