Loose manhole cover on road between 66-68 HP22 5AA - Please can this loose cover be inspected and repaired - The cover has lifted several inches and constantly bangs when cars drive over it which is a constant nuisance for residents and has been on going for over a year. There are also some road works signs leaning against the wall on the verge here which need removing. They have been their for 2 years. Please can this be dealt with asap and keep me updated. Thank you.
