Mud on footpath from EWR rail work
Reported via iOS in the Footpath / pavement problem category anonymously at 10:28, Sat 12 December 2020
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2428572.
For the last few days we have had a significant amount of mud on the footpath on Newton Road, just before railway bridge B430. This is the result of EWR contractor vehicles driving onto the verge and then along the go that has been created between the railway embankment and Chepstow Park (they are putting in new fencing). While the road is clean it appears that no effort has been made to clear up the footpath. The mud is slippery so potentially dangerous.

An update on this item would be appreciate please. While the mud on the footpath has has long washed away the damage to the grass verge including deep ruts where rail work vehicles parked off the road is still there.
