Traffic lights installed on Monday and work completed on Tuesday . There has been no work done on the site for 3 days yet traffic lights still in place . This is the second time this has happened this month. The work was to fit new meters to supply the development at Hogshaw farm and took a couple of hours in total. A week of three way lights is over the top.
