Outside 184 Chartridge Lane
Reported via desktop in the Footpath / pavement problem category anonymously at 14:16, Thu 22 July 2021
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2883450.
Posts unlawfully erected in service strip outside number 184 Chartridge Lane in contravention of the Highways Act of 1980. These have been up for something like 3 months now without any action being taken by either the council or police. They are a clear and present danger to traffic/emergency vehicles. Additionally it prevents the legal use of the service strip for loading/unloading, prevents legal parking by obstructing access to any vehicle so parked and prevents the legal use for placement (with permit) of a skip.
Please have these removed post-haste and charge the offender under the Highways act of 1980 with obstruction of the public highway.
