This was reported on the 28th September and is still not working. Was hopping it would have been fixed before the clocks went back.

This was reported on the 28th September 2021 and has still not been fixed in spite of a number of phone calls. In a phone call last week I was promised someone would come back to me with an update as to how this has been progressed and when it will be fixed. No surprise that hasn’t happened either. According to Facebook it would appear a lot of lights in Buckingham are not be fixed can you please explain why.
