Parking on the pavement outside Kingshill Grange housing estate

Reported via desktop in the Car Parks category anonymously at 11:48, Thu 18 November 2021

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

As a resident on the Kingshill Grange estate one of my household parked safely outside the estate as did lots of cars. This isn't ideal as it is designed as pavement but when the council passed planning permission for this estate there simply wasn't enough parking inside the estate for all the vehicles. Cars park there because there is no other option. There is now a parking suspension along this stretch of pavement forcing residents to park along Green Street around the corner which isn't fair on those residents. I would like to know why the parking suspension is there? Also whether permanent parking could be put along the stretch on Kingshill road outside the estate which would alleviate the problem for all residents in the area.
