Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3229810.
Corner of Germain Street and Water Meadow on pavement. Dangerously loose manhole cover on a busy section of pavement for school children and elderly people. Poorly lit area at night so is a potential hazard.
