Sinking Drain Cover

The drain cover toward the centre of the carriageway just in the eastbound lane through Oving is sinking. There is now a 1 to 2 inch drop in the road which causes drivers to swerve to avoid the hole or occasionally causes cars to veer towards the oncoming traffic; this at probably the narrowest point of the road.
