Left hand side of driveway of 104/106

Reported via mobile in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 07:25, Wednesday 16 February 2022

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

The drain is blocked and this is yet another time im reporting it. It is causing a big puddle at the top of my drive creating a danger to road users. The puddle is flowing down the drive and flooding the garden and causing the cesspit to fill up and become blocked on a regular basis which is costing me more money every time

  • Thank you for your report regarding a drainage issue, which has been passed to the Local Area Technician to investigate.

We know that an important part of any road network is the drainage system which is designed to carry water away from the road surface. Even when a gully is clean and well maintained it will only cope with a certain volume of water at one time, a sudden and heavy downpour can still cause flooding especially if the road is in a low lying area.

The Local Area Technician will carry out an inspection within 10 days and order a repair if required.

IMPORTANT: If you consider this to be dangerous or an emergency, please call us on 0300 131 6000
Otherwise, by submitting the report online we will deal with it in line with our agreed timescales.

    Regards
    Buckinghamshire Council
