Having following the instructions to pay for parking yesterday evening, the machine didn’t issue a parking ticket for display and printed a void receipt. I therefore tried the RingGo App and paid for my parking online. However this morning, I have been charged twice so the pay machine charged my card without issuing a ticket. I have copies of the void receipt etc so please advise how I can get a refund? The machine needs to be looked at asap as other’s had the same issue.
