Blue Hyundai car parked within 5 feet of junction

There is a blue Hyundai car parked within 5 feet of junction, so when you are coming up Arnison Avenue to turn left into Windsor Drive you are forced to drive blindly into the opposite lane. This caused a number of dangerous situations as people are walking on the road due to cars parked with all four wheels on the pavement, and other times cars are coming out of the drive. I've had a couple of incidents where I am nearly rear ended as I am waiting for cars to come out to let me in.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
