Cars continue to park on the double yellow lines on terriers end causing issues for me using my wheelchair at times as sometimes they are so awkwardly parked. There is plenty of parking and even a free car park

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
