East Street Grid still not fixed

It makes a loud clicking noise (like a gun) every time a car drives over it - which is every 5 seconds! The road is failing around it and the grid is clearly moving each time a car drives over it. Cones were left there but people have moved them and nothing is being done to resolve this in a residential street. Please fix it asap.
