Household Bins not getting emptied

Reported via mobile in the Refuse and recycling (Missed bin) category anonymously at 09:33, Sunday 29 May 2022

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Since new refuse /household recycling/card and paper boxes rota our bins have not been emptied since beginning of May despite all bins /boxes being out by correct time /day by all households on stretch of Green Lane SL1 8EG from Golf Club to Longmead Lane .Some bins are now overflowing, smelling and need emptying please have also been out on road for weeks!!Despite numerous reports and requests that our properties may have not been added to the new refuse route/rota getting nowhere with requests to empty. Please will someone look into and resolve the problem.I have had a few responses such as … *There was not enough sufficient information to empty my bins *My address has now been changed from domestic to communal where are these communal bins and why has this happened as we are domestic?? *I need to take my own rubbish to local centre as I did not put my bin out ??I can assure you I did put my bin out by correct day/time and it’s been out on side of road with all of my neighbours for weeks!! When I did go to rubbish tip at Burnham to recycle the recycle bins there have not been emptied since September!!! I have spoken to a Bucks phone operative numerous times who has passed on my report bins still not emptied. I have emailed numerous times also… going round in circles !! Please Will someone empty our bins and look into the reason why our properties are not on weekly route rota.
