Car abandoned for many weeks blocking footpath and pavement used by high foot traffic, causing children and parents to step into the road in front of fast moving traffic. Car is also parked directly opposite a junction causing cars to move into the oncoming and turning traffic. An accident will happen and is innevitable if this car remains where it is. Obstructing footpath and highway also approaching the brow of a hill.

OX53 RUW - VW Golf GTI - Car abandoned for many weeks & months, blocking footpath and pavement used by high foot traffic, causing children and parents going to school at bottom of the road to step into the road in front of fast moving traffic with young children. Car is also parked directly opposite a junction causing cars to move into the oncoming and turning traffic. An accident will happen and is innevitable if this car remains where it is. Obstructing footpath and highway also approaching the brow of a hill.
Little or no room for pushchairs or mother and child to pass without moving onto the carraigeway
Noted the radio is now out and laying on passenger seat with wiring showing, is or may become target for vandals
