Bury Lane (off Chuch Street), Chesham HP5 - vehicles driving in excess of 20 MPH

Reported via desktop in the Park category anonymously at 09:59, Thursday 7 July 2022

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

I have outlined the position in the previous section. Speed restrictions are required to be erected at regular intervals along Bury Lane so all motorists using the narrow lane drive no more than 10 MPH along the lane whether accessing the Council maintenance depot at the top of the lane, the girl guide hut or Chesham Bowling Club. The lane is used by pedestrians, dog walkers accessing the park and cars are driving too fast along the Lane and no doubt will result in a serious situation if no speed restrictions (signs or bumps) are put in place.
