Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

It looks like a large vehicle has scraped along the edge of the pavement leaving a score mark and tarmac in the gutter. Only saw it this morning so recent.

    They will carry out an inspection within the next 10 working days and if required arrange to resolve the issue.
