Hi, further to the below. We are having huge issues with our gas tank and suppliers. We cannot get a supplier to take us on due to legislation that tanks needs to be 3m clear of any permanent fixtures including trees which ours isn’t. The below email trail gives me confirmation to cut down the tree in attached picture with the brown trunk as it is our side of the drive/land. However the tree with the silver trunk is the other side of the bush so possibly not our land but needs to be taken down in order for the tank to be taken over. How do we go about this please? The below states NO trees are protected, does this include this tree? We don’t want to make mistakes and do something we aren’t allowed to do but this is causing us huge stress and financial strain as we are paying over the odds out of contract and have been for a very long time whilst no one can take us. Grateful for any help/advice!
As you can see this has been an ongoing problem since 2020 so to get this sorted once and for all would be just fantastic. This has been taken from an email trail with Neil pasmore from protected trees department who has confirmed it’s not protected and suggested yourselves as the owner of the tree. Are you able to help?
Many thanks Jazz
