Please respond to the actual issue raised this time NOT another one which wasn't mentioned; specifically 'damage to buildings caused by vibrations'. This report concerns disturbance and mental health deterioration caused by noise and vibrations due to defective road surface. Yes you did respond separately via email but you answered another issue which I am not concerned with; namely damage to buildings.
Subsidence in road crossing Bedgrove Brook Culvert causing loud noise and large vibrations from all vehicles, especially HGVs. Sleep disturbance has been increasing for several years with increase in traffic flow, including additional HGV traffic from ARLA, and is now intolerable, causing serious sleep interruption leading to mental health issues.
Thank you for your report to Buckinghamshire Council, which has been passed to the local area technician to investigate the enquiry/issue regarding a pothole/road surface.
They will carry out an inspection within the next 10 working days and if required arrange to resolve the issue.
