The tree is uprooting the pavement and when it rains causes a large pool where water sits meaning you cannot walk on the pavement.

The tree and its branches are too close to the houses.

The tree is dropping acorns which are dangerous and are hitting residents and pedestrians walking by causing harm.

The tree is damaging the cars parked in no.3 and no.5 from falling acorns, branches, bird droppings and sap. The acorns are littering the pavements and pathways in residents houses causing safety issues particularly in the dark.

The branches are growing into the phone lines.
