Road and Pavment Surface Deterioration
Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 10:55, Thu 5 June 2014
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 483459.
The road and pavements are heavily worn and deteriorating badly. There are large sections of the tarmac on the pavements and road that is completely worn through to the 'slabs' underneath. This is very unsightly however the main issue is that it looks be destoying the integrity of the road/pathways and potentially the services running underneath. The surface is in urgent need of replacing and changing the kerbs outside each house to dropped kerbs would help prevent this happening in future.

This is still an ongoing issues and the surface has continued to deteriorate over the last 3 years. There are now large potholes and, due to parking, the footpaths have large ‘lips’ causing trip hazards. The road surface on Chilterm st and Madeley rd has been replaced but for some reason, Leyfield Rd was ignored.
Please could this be looked at and rectified as soon as possible.
