Pothole: Large, deep pothole on the left side as you enter Littlecote from Stewkley. I hit this on Saturday morning 17th October causing my tyre to blow out, immediately deflate and damage to my alloy wheel. Very dangerous and lucky not to have caused a traffic accident

Pothole: Potholes are very bad at the crossroads in Newton Longville (where Stoke Road meets Whaddon Road). It is a heavily used junction, especially by HGVs. I witnessed a child fall off their bike yesterday as a result of a pothole. She was very nearly hit by a car.

Kerb damage / issue: At the kerb edge in Smithfield End close to the junction with Station Road at the edge of the road there is a hole with fast flowing water emerging. This forms a continuous stream of water fowing down the hill and round the corner into Station Road where the water fills some deep potholes which are not seen by drivers because they are full of water.

Blocked drain: AFTER REPAIR OF TARMAC OF DRAIN OUTSIDE OUR COTTAGE - water bubbling over ironwork. Causing back up of water to cottage and flooding kitchen. Poor tarmac repairs around the drain has been an issue since 1994. Level between new tarmac repair and road now pushed water pooling closer to our front door.Original marked repair area some 300% larger than area actually repaired on 21 May 2020.The cottage is deluged by water by vehicles passing. Owner endeavouring to protect property by creating hedge with plants and investing thousands of pounds into protective coating to stop damage to 200 year old cottage in conservation area.
